ServSafe Certification Courses
ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification Course. Complies with all State and Federal standards. Recommend for all critical Kitchen staff and at least one person on staff during open hours. Full day class & Certification Exam, 8am-5pm.
ServSafe Basic Food Handler Certificaiton for anyone to take. Primarily front-of-the-house employees and any other employees that handle food. 2-hour classes & Certification Exam.
Proctored Exam to complete the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification. The class portion itself is not required. You may simply self-study and take the Exam in Proctored Session. 2-hours maximum.
ServSafe Alcohol Certification to qualify for any State requirements for Training and Responsible Vendor Program (RVP). 3-hour class & Certificaiton Exam.
