About

     Jon Balliet has over 26 years of experience in the Service and Retail Liquor Industries, and has trained over 50,000 individuals in a variety of Responsible Vendor Programs nationwide, as well as thousands of individuals in the ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification. In addition to his classroom experience, Jon has been qualified as a Professional Witness in multiple Criminal and Civil Legal Cases related to Liquor Liability.

 

  In 2025, after teaching the national alcohol programs for 18 years, Jon had his own brand of Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) class approved by the Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division: CRAFT Training CO - Alcohol RVT.  Jon's personal philosophy is to teach the all Programs from the server's perspective, focusing on how to protect yourself and your Liquor License.  He is a staunch advocate for Servers and Server Rights.

 

  Jon has vast experience in proven case studies of both Violation Mitigation and significant penalty reductions for his clients.
