This is a full Certification Course & Proctored Exam Session is to receive your ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification to comply with State of Colorado requirements. You may take the full-day Class & Exam OR Exam Only. If you choose Exam Only, please arrive at 2:30pm the day of the class.
