OPTION #1: Exam Only

     Proctored Exams for ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification are held every month. These sessions are listed on the schedule. Due to the closed nature of the Exam you cannot arrive late. You must preregister for this option.

OPTION #2: Existing Class Exam Session
     Proctored Exams occur at any scheduled Food Safety Manager Course on the schedule and are administered at approximately 2:30PM. Arrive 10 minutes prior to the exam. Due to the closed nature of the Exam you cannot arrive late. You must preregister for this option.
